The backstory.

I started building WordPress websites in 2017. Brochure sites, membership platforms, e-commerce, the usual small business stuff. Over the years that expanded into CRMs, automations, data architecture, and full marketing systems. I got good at understanding how businesses actually work under the hood.

Then AI happened. Not as a buzzword, but as a fundamental shift in what one person can build. In the last year, I went from building traditional websites to building custom software, internal tools, and automated workflows that would have taken entire teams before.

Motive11 is the service arm of that evolution. I also share everything I'm learning publicly on YouTube and LinkedIn because I believe founders should understand what's possible, even if they hire someone to build it.
