The Situation

Aurum Executive Search was spending excessive time manually reviewing candidate profiles for every open role. What We Did

  • Built an AI-assisted scoring workflow: Using LinkedIn profile data as input, we created a system that scores and ranks candidates against role-specific criteria
  • Delivered ranked output: Each candidate receives a quantifiable score, making it immediately clear who to prioritize

The Outcome
